Delivery coverage

Lebanon-wide delivery: We deliver to addresses across Lebanon (subject to accessibility of the location).
Beirut delivery estimate: Orders within Beirut typically arrive in 2–3 business days after processing.

Shipping fee

Flat delivery fee: Delivery is $5 per order via our fulfillment partner (where applicable).

Payment method

Cash on delivery (COD): We offer COD for eligible orders. Delivery timing varies based on destination and courier schedule.

If a package is returned due to multiple failed delivery attempts, an incorrect address, or refusal to accept the package, a re-shipping fee may apply. Alternatively, you may request a refund for the product amount minus the original shipping cost and any applicable return fees (where relevant).
