Refund policy

At Mtech Lebanon, we want you to shop with confidence when buying gaming PCs, gaming accessories, and related products. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work, and how to request support if you receive a damaged or incorrect item.

Return window

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging (including any tags/accessories).
  • Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

To request a return, contact us first so we can confirm eligibility and guide you through the process.

  • Important: Items sent back without an approved return request may not be accepted.

Return address

Returns must be sent to our designated return address. If you haven’t received the return address yet, contact us at mtechleb@outlook.com and we’ll provide the correct details reminder.

Return shipping

  • Return shipping is provided by the customer (unless the return is due to an error on our side such as a wrong or damaged item).
  • We recommend using a trackable delivery service, especially for higher-value items.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original item (if eligible). Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement product.

Non-returnable items

Some items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale / discounted items (unless otherwise stated)
  • Custom or special-order products (where applicable)
  • Items returned in a condition that does not meet the eligibility requirements (used, incomplete, or missing packaging/accessories)

If you’re unsure whether your product can be returned, contact us before placing the order or starting a return request.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Do you accept returns in Lebanon?
